With over 13 years of experience across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality and travel, Grace has partnered with some of Australia’s most recognised brands, delivering work that connects with audiences and moves through culture.
Grace founded Movement Agency in 2019, building the business from the ground up as a self-funded venture. Still founder-led & self-funded today, the agency has grown steadily into one of Australia’s most respected PR & creative communications agencies, powered by a talented team of strategists, publicists and creatives who bring ideas to life every day.

Nat Croker is Movement Agency’s Group Account Director, bringing over 12 years of experience across the PR and marketing industry. Having been part of the agency for seven years, Nat plays a central role in leading client relationships, overseeing the team and guiding the strategic direction of our accounts.
With a strong understanding of the media landscape and a sharp eye for execution, Nat works closely with brands to shape narratives, secure coverage, deliver standout activations & brand moments that move through culture.
