SITUATION:

MVMNT partner Panama House is renowned for providing the ultimate modern Central American cuisine. In light of the recent changes within the hospitality industry as a result of COVID-19, MVMNT worked with Panama House to pivot their offering to drive business over the isolation period so they could still meet their targets. The client came to MVMNT and asked that we conceptualise an offering which would;

  • Excite their local customers and entice current and new customers

  • Create talkability to ensure the venue is front-of-mind for Sydneysiders during isolation 

  • Generate editorial placement in leading online lifestyle x food and beverage publications

  • To be the industry lead during COVID-19 showcasing their incredible ability to pivot and be agile

  • Continue to build a relationship and communicate with their customers during isolation

STRATEGY:

From initial concept creation to tailored media outreach, our objective was to generate awareness by ensuring we had Panama House's offering front-of-mind for all media. We worked with leading media agency, Only Everything to secure talented DJ’s to perform for the bottomless brunch and made sure these DJ’s could generate talkability to create the narrative further. No two pitches were the same, ensuring that all media received a tailored pitch which suited their publication accordingly that informed journalists of the offering and excited them enough to include on their pages.
