ISABEL BONDI LAUNCH

On Wednesday 31st July, Isabel Bondi opened its doors to key opinion leaders to celebrate their Izakaya bar. A DJ set by Hugo Gruzman set the tone for the evening while guests such as Abbey Gelmi, Gabriel Waller and Taryn Williams were treated to free flowing Japanese inspired cocktails which featured a Gin high ball with Tanqueray, lilly pilly and grapefruit along with a Signature Blossom cocktail with Ketel one, flowers, finger lime and coconut mirin. A selection of canapes were enjoyed; Sydney Rock Oysters with Kelp, Fried Chicken with herb kewpie and pickled ginger, Scallop ponzu with togarashi and chives.
